Hi Everyone,
An introductory series of six qigong classes is being held on Tuesday evenings starting at 7 pm. These classes are suitable both for beginners and those with some experience and will continue throughout July. The last class of this series is on August 2. Each class is $10, goes for an hour and provides you an opportunity to learn new skills, practice with others, clarify questions and share your thoughts and experiences with the group.
